Meet Michael, Our Founder
An Artisan Committed to Excellence
Michael Del Sontro is the owner of Elements Design Build based in Northern Virginia. He brings an extensive 25 years of knowledge to the construction industry. Michael has worked in new construction, on investment properties, rehabbing homes, and the last 12 years owning his own company.
Elements is a local family owned and operated remodeling company. His wife Dawn is the Operations Manager, and his three college kids work onsite during breaks, and handle digital marketing while away at school.
Fun Fact: The name Elements comes from Michael’s childhood passion with weather and he holds a degree in Meteorology. He started his career at the National Weather Service and most recently was a local On-Air Meteorologist during his spare time.
Michael brings the same passion that he holds for his family and the weather to every project. The name Elements keeps that personal connection over his heart and pushes him to strive to be the best at what he does in all aspects of life.
